*Standard Order Delivery doesn't include heavy, bulky & over-sized orders (see below)

Regional Surcharge. Some States or Territories may incur a regional surcharge due to the additional freight charges applicable to those areas. We will always make every effort to ship via the most economical method and will contact you directly should additional charges be applicable. Regional Charges typically apply to:

• Greater NSW (non Sydney and Metropolitan Regions of NSW); 
• Greater Queensland (non Brisbane and Metropolitan Regions of QLD) including Mid and Far North Queensland;  
• Greater SA (non Adelaide and Metropolitan Regions of SA);
• Northern Territory;
• Western Australia;
• Tasmania
• Norfolk Island.

All our online orders are delivered on business days, during business hours. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

**Most standard orders are sent via the Australia Post however we may use a different delivery method depending on delivery location and delivery dimensions and weight.

Goods in stock are generally picked and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Heavy, Bulky & Over-Sized Orders

Heavy, bulky or over-sized items will usually be sent via courier and may incur incur further delivery charges. These charges will be calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the purchase and the location it is going to. We will contact you upon receiving your order and advise how much freight will be, or please give us a call on 03 9739 7323 to ascertain the delivery fee before placing your order.
